Houston native Maya Castillo grew up in the city’s kitchens, then traveled to work in and run restaurants from the Gulf Coast to the Pacific Northwest and abroad. She led teams, opened concepts, and refined operations before returning home. Now she brings those lessons and flavors to Hunger Rush Restaurant for her Houston community.
